Refund, Returns, and Shipping Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains shipping, returns, and refunds for the physical QR memorial plate and for digital purchases.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on the physical plate. We will send your order to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

3. Returns on the physical plate

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the plate is unused, unapplied, and in its original condition.

Because the plate uses a permanent adhesive and links to a memorial page tied to your order, we cannot accept returns once the plate has been applied to a surface or once its QR code has been activated.

To start a return, email us at support@beyondthisstone.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the price of the item.

4. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your plate arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

5. Digital purchases

Digital purchases, such as extra storage and AI image credits, are delivered to your account right away. Because of this, they are generally not refundable once purchased, and AI credits are not refundable once they have been used. If something did not work as it should, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com and we will look into it and make it right where appropriate.

6. Warranty add-on

If you purchased an optional warranty add-on, its coverage and terms are described at the time of purchase. Please keep your order confirmation. To make a claim, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible at support@beyondthisstone.com. We can usually cancel an order before it ships. Once it ships, the return process above applies.
